Preventive Medical and Mental Health Care for All Genders

A primary goal of IHWSH is to ensure access to preventive healthcare for anyone in the food and beverage industry. Cost free services include:

  • Comprehensive, gender-appropriate annual check-up, including any needed lab work, cancer screening, routine vaccines.

  • For individuals over 35, annual mammogram at The Rose for the early detection of breast cancer.

  • For depression, anxiety and other mental health concerns, one-on-one counseling services and peer support groups.

  • For individuals facing infertility, counseling with a specialist is available.

  • For pregnant people in need of prenatal care and assistance with enrollment with Medicaid, we can expedite this process. We have a pilot program providing Doula services, from prenatal, through labor and deliver, and post-partum.

  • We have pilot programs for physical fitness and intensive outpatient therapy.
