PEER GROUP Cohort 1: Emotional Regulation

Keep Well, the mental health initiative of IHWSH, offers an eight-session Emotional Regulation Peer Group for F&B workers.
Led by Grace Lynch, LMSW, of Champion Counseling, this focused group is designed to address specific challenges that are especially common in hospitality, offering space for connection, support, and practical tools for navigating stress and emotional overwhelm.
Group size is limited to 10 members to ensure a supportive, personal experience.

The Big Deviled Egg Throwdown
Date: Sunday, August 23rd
Location: Grand Prize Bar, 1010 Banks Street
Time: 6pm- 9pm
Entry fee: $20 at the door
Details: We had such a blast with Good Soup that we decided it was time for another throwdown! This time, we’re cracking a few eggs—deviled eggs, that is. Come taste the competition, vote for your favorite deviled egg-spert, and see who takes home the trophy for People’s Choice and Judge’s Choice champions. Join us for our semiannual Mobile Mammogram Day with The Rose and Tacos A Go Go on TC Jester. Screening mammogram is provided cost-free to women in F & B, ages 35 and up.
